Muscular and Tendon sprains and strains

Muscular and tendon strains are quite common forms of injury due to overuse, repetitive strain or over excursion. Muscle connect to bone via tendon, while bone connects to bone via ligament. Every joint of the body has a deep ligamentus capsule which supports the integrity of the joint. These ligaments and capsules can sprain with inflammation and sometimes joint instability as the consequence.
