- sometimes there is miscommunication or misunderstanding between our Doctors & Patients
- sometimes it takes longer for your orthotics to be manufactured
- natural causes such as weather conditions, wind, rain or snow storms can affect timing of production & delivery
- long weekends, weekends in general, holidays from staff or manufacturers, can influence the timing & delivery of our call-backs and dispensing of orthotics
- transit strikes or other non-controllable factors may influence delivery.

- Our Doctors are Doctors of Chiropractic. We are not Family Physicians, Dentists or Podiatrists, nor have we ever claimed to
- Your insurance coverage is YOUR responsibilty, not ours. The details & amounts of coverage are for you to review. Our job is to diagnose, prescribe and recommend treatment.
- Your consent to place an order means you must take responsiblity for your decision.
- Refunds are not Available. Custom Orthotics & Products are not for return or refund.
- We offer 3mo & 6mo Warranties on our Orthotics and our Doctors are trained to review & modify is neceesary, custom orthotic inserts.
