The pricing for orthopedic (orthotic) inserts are as follows:

The pricing for Orthopedic Shoes/Orthopedic Sandals are as follows:

20% Discount on 2nd Pair - when ordering a 2nd pair of orthotic inserts or orthopedic shoes/sandals at the time of your 1st pair, a 20% discount is offered.
RECOVERING the orthotic top material fee is $40. Materials can include Vinyl, Leather, Spenco, Poron or McPuff.
Associated products available include Heel Lifts, Heel Spur Pads, Horseshoe Pads, Metatarsal Pads and others as required. Pricing on these products varies.
100% Product Guarantee - while results are expected, they vary from person to person. Dr. Michael Horowitz stands by these products and can offer a lifetime guarantee on the integrity of the polypropylene material used.
Occasionally slight modifications are required to ensure the right fit based on personal preference. In the first 3-months after orthotics have been dispensed, Dr. Michael will make these modifications at no extra charge to the patient.
Please note that most extended health plans will reimburse the majority of the cost of custom fit orthotics provided by Dr. Michael Horowitz. Each plan is unique though and it is recommended you check with your extended health provider for verification. There are no taxes or additional costs on the purchase of these orthopedic devices.
