We are often asked the questions, what is the price of your orthotics and consultation. We like to be clear and up front with this questions and want to assure our patients there are no hidden costs. All patience are taken through a 30-min consultaton, examination which includes a postural assessment, 3D foot scan and electronic gait scan analysis. All of this is to work towards a diagnosis and plan of management around supporting your symptoms (aches & pains). The cost for this consult/examination is $80 which can be billed under the category of chiropractic examination.
The decision to proceed with a pair of custom orthotics is based on the examination findings and the recommendations by Dr. Michael Horowitz. The cost for the first pair of orthotics is $400 and which 6-months of that purchase, a second pair is available for $300. Orthotics can fit a wide variety of footwear. We ask that you bring 1-2 pairs of shoes you most often wear on your initial visit to our office.
