Vancouver Orthotic Warranties

We offer multiple warranties for all Vancouver Orthotics:

3-Month Modification Warranty: All custom orthotics come with a 3-month modification warranty. All modifications are determined by Dr. Horowitz after the 3-4 week break-in period.

6-Month Defective Parts Warranty: All custom orthotics come with a 6-month warranty against against defects in material and workmanship.

Lifetime Plastic Orthotic Warranty: A Lifetime Warranty on the plastic component should it crack or break. If 1+ years have passed since the broken orthotic was made there maybe a

re-examination fee.

Top Cover Refurbishing: To preserve the life of your custom orthotics or to update the top cover, there is a $60 recovering fee. If the top cover needs to be replaced within the first 6 months, it is covered under the 6-Month Defective Parts Warranty at no cost.
